Cannot Delink credit card

I cannot delink my credit card on the ebucks website. The message on the website says that I need to call the call centre. The person at the call centre says that he needs my credit card number. I WILL NOT GIVE OUT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL!!

I did not need to do that to sign up for ebucks and will not do that to delink my credit card.

DELINK MY CREDIT CARD!!! IT IS LINKED ON MY PROFILE AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR YOU TO REQUEST MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
