I have had an issue with the Petro Card that was issued to me linked to my credit card. The petro card has now been cancelled as per my request. However I emailed Candice on the 15 January asking for an explanation as to why this petro card could not be linked to my cheque card where I don't pay any fees because my account is in credit so that I could get the benefit of free AA membership. Secondly she said she had reversed the charges, which was true, but I told there would be earlier charges in the January account which also had to be reversed and again no response. I would have thought it was courteous for Candice to reply to my queries and confirming that everything would be resolved to my satisfaction and the matter could then be closed. I find this in very poor taste considering that I am a good FNB account holder.
