FNB - WASTE OF TIME

Switching was the worst thing I ever did. It took FNB over 6 months to switch 4 accounts and what was promised never materialised so I actually ended up worse off than I was with my original bank.

On top of this bank staff told me all my cards were linked to Ebucks. A year later I inquire as to why my ebucks account has no movement. I spend between 5-10k a month on my credit card. Now they tell me its not linked, yet every time I purchase petrol with my credit card I get an sms congratulating me on earning EBUCKs. How come no one from the bank has called me to say, Hey Mr Louw you are loosing out on on ebucks. Do you know you are not linked???
Very quick to sell you an account where you have to pay, but when it come to pay up, no one to be seen.
FNB, the amount of energy you put into advertising is inversely proportional to the level of service.

Now I have to switch to another bank.
