Ebucks account not linked&initiation fee reinburse

Hi, got and FNB credit card more than two months ago and joined Ebucks as well. The first month the breakdown of my Ebucks was on my credit card statement. This month it just disappeared. Went into the Ebucks website and now my credit card is not linked anymore. My balance is 0EB. Please return my R200 Ebucks joining fee or reinstate all the ebucks I earned from day one. Also, according to FNB, you get your initiation fee back if you spend more the R500 in one transaction on your credit card the first month. Please reimburse the initiation fee of the credit card. Thanks
