On Saturday the 26th January 2013... I went to Wesbank with a hope of obtaining the car documents as the car is settled... but i was told that i cannot have the documents before the ten days has passed... I do not think this is fair for the client to wait ten days after the last installment has run through... For heaven sake the bank got its cash... what more is the bank looking for...
