Service delivery beyond belief

GOOD MORNING
A letter from the bank with regards to confirmation of banking datails was requested by Old Mutual in respect of a policy, three such documents where presented to Old Mutual Midrand by hand. A payment was made on the 26th of January into a bank account unknown to me! the initial termination procedure was instituted in the first week of january 2013 and is to date unresolved.
The turn around time and lack of communication within Old Mutual is unaccepable.
there are further inconstincies which can be pointed with regard to my policy.
