Unacceptable service

Standard Bank, the buyer of my new vehicle's bank, settled my account on Monday 26th already. Thabang asked for 3 days to have the registration letter sent to.

Now today, Thursday, they want to wait another 10 days for my last debit order to clear. This is after having debit orders with Wesbank go off successfully since September 2001. 12 years!

The buyer cannot get his vehicle, I can't buy my new one as Standard Bank is holding onto my profit. I give them updates on the progress and they laugh at Wesbank.

I can understand that I'm settling with them and they want to hang onto my money for as long as possible. But to wait so long is unacceptable!
