I have settled my vehicle with Wesbank on 22 April 2013, however on 03 May 2013 they still deducted the installment from my FNB account via debit order. I have contacted FNB to resolve the matter and to refund me the installment. The lady at FNB was friendly and assisted. She contacted Wesbank who indicated that the debit order should not have gone through though Wesbank informed her that they could not take instruction from her to refund me as such a request should come from me. What nonsense is this, if they realize that they have made a mistake one would expect them to rectify and refund to the account from where they have taken the installment. Why is it now my responsibility to ASK for my money? I have tried to contact Wesbank numerous times on 0861288272 but was unable to get through to someone there.

I have settled another account with Wesbank on 24 April 2013 and just hope that they are not going to debit my account for this one also.

Really poor service... disappointing!!!
