I've settled my car on the 6th of January and requested for the necessary documents to be sent to my nearest Nedbank branch. On the 9th of January i received confirmation that it will take 5-7 days to process and i can expect my documents to be delivered to the branch by then. On the 14th i called just to confirm that everything is going well and that i can still expect my documents within 5-7 days. I was told it was only processed on the 14th and now have to wait another 5-7 days. It's now the 23rd and after calling yet AGAIN today i was told that there was some delay and they are still waiting for the documents and they will only be delivered to the branch 2 working days time. And during this time no one called me from Nedbank to inform me of any delays. As per usual bad service from a bank where i've been a loyal client for over 20 years. So much for trying to clear your debt and moving on. I hope that the bank will deliver by Monday however i find this unacceptable that a process that should take maximum 7 days have so far been taking 16 days from the day i've settled my car to the expected day of delivery of the documentation!!! I will NEVER finance anything through Nedbank!!
