CANNOT GET A BORDER CROSSING LETTER FOR MY NEW CAR

I recently bought a new car at VW Hatfield financed by Wesbank. I received brief documents from Wesbank with nothing about me not travelling to any place.
I have a crisis that i need to attend outside the country, and to my shock, Wesbank wont allow me to take it out because i haven't paid my first installment. Reason being, the finance person suggested i start paying only first of September since i bought the car end of July.
I have already got travelling clearance from my Insurance, but now Wesbank is hindering me.
Now i will have to miss an important day in my life for an asset am paying for. I'm a staunch FNB client hence i went with Wesbank, wrong choice i see.
Now i start tostrongly doubt all these FNB/ Wesbank promises because if you cannot even start understanding your client when the ink is hardly dry, you still expect us to come back to you.
FNB has declined my credit application below only for me to accepted by Standard Bank, now its Wesbank..
Frustrated and thinking of jus re-financing my car somewhere else because this is pathetic.
