I settled loan accounts for RCS and Wesbank on 2013-09-13. installments for both accounts went off on my salary date 2013-09-15. I contacted both parties on 2013-09-16 to inform them to refund the installments as accounts has been settled. Wesbank refunded the installment the following day 2013-09-17 without requesting any documents from my side. Unfortunately I am still struggling to get my refund from RCS Group. After numerous calls to their customer care I am still waiting for refund. I was also requested to forward them my bank statements which was not done by Wesbank. They can see on their system that account is settled and installment went off so why the delaying the refund.
