Wesbank do not want to sort my insurance out

Wesbank financed me for a vehicle and sold a retrenchment and disibility insurance underwrite under Regent. Ipay the vehicle for almost 4 years and then I was retrench. I forward my documents to Wesbank and on confirmation after several times they said they did not received the documents. I went into the bank and the manager faxed it to Wesbank, and they confirmed that they received it. Several times I was in the bank and Wesbank just said that they busy with the insurance and I do not have to wary. After - a year they send someone to repo the vehicle and I explained the situation. I send the matter to the Ombudsman because on my bank statements did not specify who the insurer is. They said that it is Regent and I forward the documents to Regent and they busy with the claim. But Wesbank still send the people to repo the vehicle. I paid my contrebution so I need the service to be rended. BAD SERVICE.
