I dont want to regret me moving my service to you guys, it is day one of the account being active and I already have issues, I am now asked to go again to the branch to have the cell phone linked (reason I used virtual sale was to avoid the branch visits) and as if that is not enough, I see you already took money from the deposit I made to activate the account even when I have right in front of me, info on first 4 deposits being free. I am also not able to see if the deposit I made to my investment account is reflecting already because I cant have that account linked to my main account on my profile, then as if all these is nada, I am still waiting for someone to call me to help with the debit order switches, even after sending the 3 months bank statements that for some strange reason, do not go through even when I get no notice of emails coming back undelivered. this is after I have already made mention of the fact that my salary is already switched to their new account.
