FNB - undelivered card

After opening an FNB account on the internet, I have been waiting for my debit card for 3 weeks now. FNB switched my debit orders but due to my card that was never delivered, I am not able to deposit money in my account and therefore I am missing debit orders. The delivery company came to deliver my card (after a 3 weeks of trying to arrange a date with them) but had a problem with my proof of residence. Looks like I am not going to be able to deposit money in my account to avoid yet another debit order not being paid. I would just like to pick my card up at a branch. Looks like FNB is not so hot as they appear on all the radio advertisements hey??? Think I am closing my account without even using it!!!
