Account deactivated but no reason or notice

So Nedbank, AGAIN. Your SMS to inform me that my account has been deactivated refers. No reason provided, except your statement to "kindly make a deposit monthly". Now Nedbank, this is the account into which my MONTHLY salary is paid, so I find your SMS quite confusing. The gentlemen at the call centre was very helpful, polite and efficient, but he could not tell me why the account was deactivated. So I don't have access to my account until you can figure this out. My employer has been instructed to deposit my salary into my new bank account, with another bank. They'll be contacting you to transfer all my debit orders. Thirty years with Nedbank, thirty years too long.
