One Week with FNB and already I have regrets

I switched to FNB and all my Debit orders are switched and my deductions should go off today and their systems are offline.

My account is not properly set up for me to transfer money into different linked accounts after I have said I want it set up this way. My debit orders wont go off as I cant even Pay money from the linked account into the other linked cheque account.

I have been to Wood bridge branch and a Lady just pulled up her shoulders when I told her the problem. I don't think FNB does have my interests at heart as a Greenstone Branch Manager did exactly the same.

I do understand systems are off but this is rediculous what do I tell the guys that I owe the money to.

Thanks FNB please change your slogan to "HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU".
