I opened an account an saturday 28th October for My Daughter. all went well, I have deposited my opening R50, I wanted to deposit more but the system (at the tellers) would not let me??? I was told that the account (my daughters) cannot have its own internet banking profile and it will be linked to my profile.

I was told it just need to be released and I will see it on my profile by the end of that day...

It is now Tuesday... GUESS WHAT... I still cannot see my daughters account on my profile, hence I still cannot transfer more money to it, hence this is HORRBILE, you guys keep doing this to me. I actually opened an investment account months ago, for MY saving and guess what... I still cannot see that account either... but that is beside the point... PLEASE LINK MY DAUGHTERS ACCOUNT, I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO PUT MORE MONEY ON THERE
