I am so appalled by the treatment my brother has received from Miway. He had a terrible accident that we are thankful his alive BUT Miway has been trying to find all ways to not settle the claim. They are requesting access to his phone calls up until a few days before the accident as well as his text messages and credit history. The police were on the scene of the accident and gave their report, no negligence on his side, afterall accidents happen and now Miway will want to invade his personal history. None of which they are requesting has anything to do with the accident, it was not an accessory to his accident. SO DISGUSTED. I see similar complaints of this nature for Miway and it does not seem to have been resolved. The Ombudsman needs to intervene with them, crookery at its best.
