Swift Response and Constant Check-up On me

On Sunday night around 19:30 I had an accident on my way back to JHB from Newcastle. I phoned MiWay call centre to report the accident, the lady who attended my call was so helpful through out the process. She constantly gave me calls to check if I was still ok while waiting for the towering company. We use to complain to insurance companies when they don't attend to our calls immediately more especially when we intend to report accidents, . I am very thankful to Barbara.

I now hope the person handling my claim will maintain the standard set my this woman on behalf of Miway.
