I have always paid my premium on time, and they were always quick to take my money. Now that my car was involved in an accident and a right-off Miway doesn't want to payout. I recommended 3 friends and 2 of my family members to take household and car insurance with miway which I can see now is a BIG MISTAKE that I need to warm them of. Miway has rejected my claim because they said I was drunk and driving, but at the scene of the accident not the ambulance or the police took a breathalyzer or blood sample. If the police thought I was drunk I'm sure they would of given me a breathalyzer but they didn't. Now Miway Assessors say they asked the car guard the next day at the scene of the accident and they say the car guard says I looked like was drunk. I don't think the car guard has any Doctor or medical qualification to prove his statement, but Miway rejected my claim because of that which is totally unfair. I don't think the car guards know the difference between someone that's in shock or someone that's drunk. This was my second car that I have insured with Miway and I never thought il be a victim.
