I was with Budget insurance for 4 years and last year I received a call from Miway and they 'offered' me a better deal on my insurance so I decided to join them last year and switched insurances. On 30 March 2013 I had met with an accident and Miway towed the car away straight from the accident scene. They also gave me a courtesy car to use fpr 10 days and took it back altough my car was not ready. Nevertheless its been almost a month and my car still is not ready and I had a procedure done where my toe had been removed and cannot use public transport. Everytime I get a call from Miway its never positive, they are always trying to find a way not to repair my car and up until today they say they still assessing the car, so how long more will it take until the car actually goes in for repairs??? I SHOULD HAVE JUST STAYED WITH BUDGET INSURANCE. MIWAY IS NOT HASSLE FREE AND CONVENIENT AS THEY CLAIM TO BE
