I really hope that someone can assist me! I am really unhappy with MiWay!!
I have been with Outsurance for a total of about 7 years where I was claim free except for when the big hail storm hit in November 2011 - that was the first time I have ever claimed!
I joined Miway in June of this year... Unfortunately bad luck hit me
I had an accident in June - where a drunk driver on a motorbike hit brakes and stopped dead in front of me, the gentleman was arrested on scene and taken to the Police station
Claim No: 465880
Then unfortunately I had another accident in September where someone drove into the back of a car behind me and then of course that car drove into the back of my vehicle
Claim No: 482178
Both these accidents as per your record and per accident reports are NOT my fault!
So I get a phone call for MiWay last week Monday telling me that I have 30days to get myself another insurance company!!!
This is not on and maybe I should go to the News Papers about this!
Pleas I need someone to respond to this a.s.a.p
