My name is Farhad Hartley I am a client of Miway since December 2012. I had an accident in March 2013 and because blood tests were taken everything has come to a stand still. I am paying my insurance on a car I don't have. it has been 5 months now and still nothing has happened. Miway was so quick to take my money but when it came to claiming I have to sit with this. I am getting no help and am being threatened by the 3rd party as he has not been seen to as yet. I am disgusted in the service I received and regret leaving my previous insurance.

Miway is not the clients way as Miway advertises, it is actually Miway's way or no way at all.

Miway sent a report to the ombudsman and in the report it stated that the guy I bumped "DID NOT SPEAK TO ME BUT SMELT ALCOHOL ON ME" what a statement to make and here Im sitting with the.
