Hi
My car is insured throu miway. I had an accident 5 weeks ago.
I contacted my insurance followed the procidure got my car assessed ect.
First the claims lady told me that they can't repair my car coz they can not find my insurance history. Why when I want to claim they looking for historys mmmmm. Ok so they sorted that part out and told me everything is ok and they going ahead to approve the repairs. Ok then they phone me and tell me that my policy does not have accident cover. On my insurance it says accidental excess if accident is R3500, then they sent me the telephone recording of my contract, first thing I asked the sales consultant was is this a fully comprehensive cover He said YES, I called back and accepted the policy. And Now this is the way a Miway customer got treated. Anyway I'm still waiting for the outcome.
