Bad attitude and no feedback

I had an car accident on 19/08/13 and registered the claim online. Since then I had to call every day to follow up on the claim, Sicelo Maseko who is the claim's handler never answer the phone and don't reply on emails, it was mentioned that it takes 5 days to finalise the claim. And just to top this I have received a mail from Elsie saying "Please note the car hire days are running out". I only have the car for 8 days now out of the 30 days. And yes I know the days are running out but what must I do to get this claim finalised?
