POOR COMMUNICATION/NO FEEDBACK

Had an accident 01/10/2013, reported my accident 02/10/2013, my car was accessed 04/10/2013 & told that the assessment would be in on Monday. I contacted Affinity Underwriters on 07/10/2013 and was told tha
t it would take 5 WORKING DAYS FOR AN ELECTRONIC ASSESSMENT TO GET TO THEM!!! And then another 5 WORKING DAYS FOR AFFINITY UNDERWRITERS TO VERIFY THE CLAIM!!! 2 WEEKS FOR A CLAIM TO BE VERIFIED!!! Then I had to call Affinity Underwriters, 10 working days later to check the progress on my claim as no one had the decency to contact me! I was made aware that the verification would be done in 24 hours and that I would receive an email in that regard. I received the email stating that a 3rd party would contact me within 24hours with regards to my claim being paid. 3 working days later I had to contact Affinity in this regard!!! I basically had to do all the running around myself. What am I paying these people to do exactly!!! almost a month later & my car is still in my possession & now I have to run around to get my car hire sorted even though I requested it 2 days ago!!! Absolutely useless companies!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
