Frustrated by Miway delaying my claim

Accident happened 25/05/13, Vehicle claim registered on 28/05/13 (after strugling to get hold of Miway claims dept. on 27/05 /13), upto now the car has not been sent to the penalbeaters, had to contact the penalbeater myself as if I am working for Miway. Im driving a courtesy car which must be returned on 30/06/13 because the 30day period is ending. On 7/06/13, Tramaine Simelane said the claim is waiting for authorisation from her manager. I called Miway, spoke to Velder on 18/06/13 (11 days after)&she said there was no claim waiting for authorisation, Velder sent a note to Sonia (manager) who must authorise. I called Miway again on 19/06/13 (not even easy to get hold of claims department), spoke to Charlene, she sent a note to Sonia, she said Sonia will call me with feedback before end of business day, still waiting for her call. I was told when I call on the 21st that the claim was authorised, Miway delayed my claim & now I have to suffer the consequences because I won't have any transportation, Cant Miway hire a car for me since its their fault? should my have not been delayed by Miway, the repair would have been in progress & i would get car soon, worse its not even easy to get hold of claims dep
