Can't get hold of my claim handle

So i made a vehicle claim last week Thursday, its been a week yet i don't know how far my claim is. No one keeps you posted, in fact the panel beaters where my vehicle was towed to contact me to give feedback more than my insurance company. Yet i don't know them from, the people whom i'm suppose to be their loyal customer to don't communicate with me. Even when i spend my time and money to call them i don't get through, the phone just rings. Even when i give up from getting hold of my claim handler, the message center/call center can't even help because ONLY my claim handler knows and is responsible for my claim.

I'VE BEEN CALLING MIWAY FOR TWO DAYS, I'VE SENT TWO EMAILS WHICH I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED RESPONSE ON.

I was considerate enough to email my claim handler seeing that she clearly has too many calls coming through and of course not to run up my phone bill, again, she still doesn't respond to EMAILS!

Can someone call me, SOON. I doubt Miway is doing this MY way, clearly their terms and conditions, which i'm totally against. From the first day that i wanted to make a claim i was given bad service, so this whole experience was been a nightmare.
