Im not going to wait for three month to complain, im not happy about the service rendered, had an accident on 6 July and reported a claim on the the 8th, i have made sure to submit all the information and documentation they need in time in order to speed up the process, today it mark exactly 4 weeks while the claim is in progress and still its not finalized yet, have been calling and sending emails regarding the claim and all i get is that they are still waiting for beacon and billing report from vodacom, my question is how long does it take to get that report, is there anyone responsible to make follow ups with the service provider for that report? putting in mind that my 30 days car hire is almost over, and another issue that disturbs me is that i took 30 days car hire but when i first put in a claim they gave me 15days, always you have to keep calling and emailing for them to extend the car hire is like tiring not to mention annoying, looking at all this complains on hellopeter im starting to wonder if my claim will be part of the stats, i believe a 30 days car hire it means atleast within that period ur claim should have a been finalized.
