I registered a claim with miway on the 04th of july, an assessor came the next day to assess the damages
3 working days later, there was no progress on the claim
I followed up with the person handling the claim and she said she only received the assessment report the on that day- which was 72 hours later
when asked about their turn around time for assessment, i was advised that it takes 24 to 48 working hours
i followed up again 96 hours later, claim was being referred to management for authorisation
i followed up again the next day and they still needed to validate the claim with the third party involved
what i don't understand is, what was actually done on the claim besides capturing the claim and assessment?
and everytime i follow up, i ask for feedback of which i never receive any feedback
if its taking this long to validate the claim, how long is it still going to take for the vehicle to be repaired?
