Standard don"t delive

I had in my bank account, Standard division:- "you will have your money back and account sort out within 3 days. its now the 3 day. and no response from Standard bank, no phone call. I've been phoning this whole morning, and i wait for about 15-20 mins and no one picks up the call. i get so cross and put the phone down. and try again. this is not the first time this has happens to me. first credit account and now cheque account, clearly there's a big problems with Standard Bank.
