Good day

I had an accident 29 August 2013 and made the claim on the friday 30August2013.
I have been trying to get feedback from the insurance the past three days and no one is coming back to me and they dont reply to my emails.
Yesterday i mailed them again and got a out of office reply saying that the lady working on my claim is on leave till the 21st of this month...
I phoned them yesterday after the email and their excuse is that they cant get hold of the midrand saps for the past three days to finilize my claim, i want to know how someone cant get hold of the police for three days because thats bull!!!
