Excellent Fast Efficient and Friendly Service

I had a minor car accident on Wednesday the 28/08/2013 and I dreaded to make the call and go through the process because typically call centres are pathetic and the service is slow and more than often one needs to always do the following up with them instead of them giving feedback

In this case it is completely the opposite! I phoned got through to Teddy who assisted me professionally. It was absolutely outstanding service!! The service could not have been better.

Within an hour the flat bed had picked up my car and I got constant updates on what was happening. The car was taken to SMT where the assessor went to check and by Thursday Teddy contacted me again to tell me the vehicle was ready to go to the panelbeaters with all sorted (well within the 2 to 3 days Teddy indicated initially)

I received a call Friday from Outsurance legal department who were as professional as Teddy and it was excellent service again.

Outsurance really made this easy out of an unpleasant task. I hope never to have to go through the process, but service like this is few and far between in the modern environment. Well done and Thanks!!
