This is not the first time this has happened and I allready sent a email to Absa to bring the problem under their attention. I have received a reply stating that they still have problems with the "new" internet site.
It has happened al lot now that when it is at the end of the month and I have to pay a lot of beneficiaries the site keeps on hanging or I cannot send a proof of payment to the beneficiary. At this moment I cannot "see" my beneficiaries, so I cannot make any payments! So I switched over to the "old" website and now the proof of payment doesn't come through on my email - You also cannot print your proof of payments. You have to email it to yourself and then print it (all for your own account).
Maybe if I sent the complaints through you they will listen!
