ABSA Internet Banking Impossible

The old ABSA internet banking web site was only a pleasure to use. Unfortunately this efficient way of banking is not available any more and I am forced to make use of the useless ABSA ON LINE program. Who designed this flop and were they paid for it? Even if you try make a single payment your time expires before the transaction is completed, please do not attempt to make payments to a group of beneficiaries you will not be successful. And ABSA ON LINE standard comment "we are not sure if this payment has been completed please check your account and try again". Is this is the future service that I can expect from ABSA bank then unfortunately after 45 years with TRUSTBANK, VOLKSKAS BANK and now ABSA I will have to consider another bank.
