Normal monthly Internet Banking. ABSA directs me to the "New" Website. I finally succumb to temptation. The FNB experience was awesome. Do my beneficiary payment. Time to print or save a copy of the transaction. SURPRISE, no such option, I can print the page, I can look at the historical payment, INDEED I can even manage my Beneficiary payments and send myself an email, BUT I CANNOT PRINT IT. Oh yes, and sending an email with proof of payment will GENERATE A BANKING CHARGE., AND YOU ARE SURPRISED THAT YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS. I WILL convince my widfe to move her account, you most certainly do not deserve our business.
