Exorbitant bank charges!

I am registered for internet banking with Absa, and after checking my statements, I was charged over double the fee this month, as against last month's fee. After querying this, I was told ithe fee is worked out on transactions done on internet banking. I informed Mandisi that I only pay my beneficiaries on internet banking, and that I pay the same number of beneficiaries each month, although very occasionally I will add one extra for one month, as a one off payment. I was then told that I may have seleccted the "immediate payment" option when paying one of my beneficiaries, which costs R50.00. I checked all beneficiary payments for June, and none of these payments had this option selected. Furthermore, I was not aware of this charge, nor can I find any reference to it. Despite e-mails to Mandisi, these issues have not been addressed.
