Proof of payment not not legible

I made several transactions on 25 June 2013 with ABSA mobile App for the iPad, that required a proof of payment be send to the client and for me. One of the transactions was a once off payment. The proof of payments came through but I could not read the PDF's (the files were corrupt). My problem is the once off payment proof, how will I retrieve this proof, because for the others they are beneficiaries and I can resend the proof (and get a double charge) I wrote an email to ABSA to complain about this and got an automatic response that they will help me. Up to now no one has called me or even emailed me on how they can help me.

Just want to know if anyone experienced the same problem on 25 June 2013 (morning: 05h00 - 09h00)

Good day I have the same problem Absa not emailing notice off payment
