Second Smart Device account "initiated in error"

I bought an Apple ipad from FNB during March 2013. At that time, I noticed that there were 2 smart device accounts showing on my online banking profile, but as the balance on the 2nd account showed zero, I was not too concerned. However, last week the second account suddenly showed a balance of over R8000. I noticed that the 2 accounts had different MPM numbers, indicating that there were 2 devices involved. When contacting the call centre I was told that the second account was created in error. How can an account be created in error? I requested that the matter be resolved and that an email with an explanation should be sent to me. I received an email from Decklyn Pretorius, so poorly written and full of mistakes that I honestly cannot understand what he was trying to communicate to me. I replied that I would appreciate a professionally written answer, but I have had no response. I have just received a statement in the mail for the second ipad account. I would like someone to sort this out as soon as possible please.
