Future Dated Paymets Failure!

Internet Banking Future Dated payments that I set up have not gone through.
ABSA internet banking call centre reply when i called to query - yes sorry their system for future dated payments is not currently working properly.
How about informing customers on the website if you know there is a prob and payments haven't gone through!
I now have to email proof of payment originally set up to loads of suppliers and explain why they did not receive their payment and hope that my electricity doesn't get cut off.
I also have to check though all my beneficiaries one at a time to check all future dated payments and re-do all payments.
Then starts the task of getting my interest back from ABSA that I have been charged by suppliers due to their system failure.
This problem is really unacceptable!!
I also need an email address for ABSA to recoup interest I have incurred.
Further more your new website does not work either! Call centre agent said 'just go on to old web site rather'
Dont put it up your new web site if it isn't working yet!
