Really having a huge problem with the proof of payment function on the ABSA BANK internet banking site. We manage a large amount of rental properties and the landlords expect to receive emails on payments but for the last few months we are experiencing the problem that the emails do not get send, or only received the next day. Can you please advise us why this problem cannot be solved by your IT people. We are paying for the service but cannot trust the function.
