ABSA's proof of payment system on the new online banking sends out corrupted proof of payment files via email (PDF files). I spoke to 2 customer care consultants both acknowledging the problem and a was told to resend it from the old internet banking site, witch worked perfectly.
Now the dilema, you are being charged again for resending the proof of payment.
I have sent an email to [Email Removed] 2 days ago and had no feedback yet.
Is ABSA just sitting back and collection the thousands of double charges daily?
I also have no communication from them acknowledge this fault...
What is happening ABSA?
