ON THE 23/01/2013 I HAD GONE TO THE SERVICE STATION TO FILL FUEL AND I SWIPED MY DEBIT CARD FOR A R150, ON THE FIRST SWIPE THE MACHINE DECLINED THE CARD BUT THE MONEY WAS STILL DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. SO I WAS THEN ASKED TO SWIP AGAIN BECAUSE THE MERCHANT SAID THE TRANSACTION WAS DECLINED SO NOW IM TRYING TO SORT MY MONEY OUT BUT FNB IS SAYING THE ARE UNABLE HELP ME. I AM WASTING SO MANY PHONE CALLS AND STILL THEY UNABLE TO HELP ME. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY CANT EVEN HELP ME OVER THE PHONE..
