I am disgusted in the service i was given my cailib oriley, very arogant and sarcastic attitude and was not willing to help me at all. all i requested was a settlement amopunt to pay up my loan, how ever this person found it in their right to disrespect me and treat me as though i was an . he was not willing to give me the settlement amount over the telephone even though i explained that i called in previoously to still did not get the email with the settlement, istead he sarcastically advised if i knew the persons name he would transfer me to them. i then asked to speak to a manager and what the managers name would be, he said he was putting me through to Mapule however he put me back in the que. I used to work for a call center and would be dismissed for such behaviour, how many other FNB clients had to endure his pathetic service. I called 0860102631 and chose the option for settlement, the time was 15:52 should anyone even be willing to look into the matter. However i do believe ive had enough of this service and will be looking for another bank.
