Card declined but money went thru

Hi.
On monday the 29th April. I went to total douglasdale village. I put petrol in and I swipe my card then I received a message to say it went throught. The petrol attendant says it was declined and I need to swipe again. I ask no that is non sense the money was deducted from my account. He showed me the slip and said the money will bounce back into my account after 24hr. So I swiped again and the same amount deducted again. It is now Friday the 2 May I am still waiting and I would like some answers on why my money has not been returned. I don't know if FNB realizes but money is a problem for everyone and every cent counts.. Please could you advise.. Thanks Hayleigh
