Double Deduction for Fuel and Waisting Fuel

On Monday morning I went to the Sasol Service Station in Pretoria West (called Lotus Gardens) to fill up my car. While there, the man who helped me let my car tank overflow, waisting a lot of petrol. My car was on the quarter mark; I have a fuel tank with 40 liter capacity and therefore a rough estimate of 10 litres where in my car. On my slip it showed my car was filled with 33litres of petrol. So I believe that 3litres was which was flowing on the pavement.

But that's not all! After argueing with the man about not paying the fuel that was waisted, he swiped my Debit Card. An error showed on their paypoint machine, although it showed that the money has been deducted from my account (through an SMS alert from my bank). The man then called his unapt manager, because I didn't want to swipe my card again. The manager just said I need to swipe, because the payment didn't go through and if it did, it would be reversed. Both deductions went off my bank account and I am still waiting today for my money to be reversed. I want my money back!

The fuel overflow have occurred previously with me at the same Service Station. I will never Fuel my car there ever again!
