We bank with absa for years, we received our pension fund and wanted to get a gauranteed check to buy some furniture and a vechicle and when we went to the bank they said that my bankcard is to old for me to make a withdrawal inside, but for 2 days i have been drawing money outside the bank with the same card, going to the manager she said that it is company policies that we have to wait 2 days for a new card which will work inside the bank and she can not authorize a bank cheque for him, all of this because of a bank card that works just fine, and i urgently need to withdraw money as i am staying with my children and we want to move to a place which is first come first serve, the bank manager granted another guy money just with his bank card no id the other day, we .would appreciate help as we are in a serious situation because of the bank not willing to grant us access to our money
