Not providing the service

I open a gold cheque account at fnb (first national bank) bluff in 2011 and i was told that i would get the services that comes with opening the account ie. internet banking, cellphone banking, savings pocket, transferring of debit orders, in-contact and e-bucks. My issues are the poor service, the lack of knowledge of the staff, they have no way of solving problems. The reason for me changing banks was because of the high bank charges at standard bank but it seems as this was the incorrect decision. I have went to fnb branch FOUR time yet i still don't have my account sorted out. When opening your account e-bucks was post to be linked automatically to your account but to my surprise that is not what happens because you must have 5000 points and how do you earn this when just opened your account and yet the staff fail to tell me about this from the start. So i go to the branch to address this issue and after sitting in the line for 1 hour, so i ask the consultant how can i increase my points, she tells me i can opening a revolving loan which I DON"T NEED (do i have to be in debt to get the produces i was told i would get?) ABOUT THE WORSE BRANCH EVER!
