Good day,
I just wanted to say a big thank you in a little way for exceptional service, friendliness and high standard of staff. I recently did the 'big move' from another bank to FNB, I cannot explain how impressed I have been, I received quick, friendly service when opening my account, prompt telephonic service when i called in about my online banking, revived and SMS when my salary was paid into my account, and today, when my debit orders went off, an incorrect debit order went off, I went into my branch and it was sorted out within minutes. I have been blown away by the standard that FNB has set for all other banks, and through this I have realized how I have been overcharged by my previous bank. Thank you so much, I am greatly looking forward to a life long relationship with FNB, they really are there for YOU. Thanks to Musgrave branch you were wonderful, and Hlengiwe at Musgrave branch sorted out a savings account for me in a matter of minutes after sorting out my debit order error. THANK YOU FNB for making life so so so much easier.
