My husband open a cheque account in 1997 earned some e bucks, I have fully signing powers on the account and have my own ATM card, I realize that we do not earned e bucks, when I query it, they said its because my name ens is not on the card and order a card with my name on it, still no e bucks query again and then was told only the primary card earn e-bucks, so now we using 99% my husbands card. still no e bucks, now I was told it is because we not using internet banking i'm using cell phone banking as we are not so computer literature and my husband refuse to use internet banking as he feel its not safe. I now of family members who is earning e bucks and is also not using the internet.
